Planning
The best day and the best hour.
Most of a good trip is decided before anyone unties a line. Bonasea turns a 10-day forecast into a straight answer: go on Thursday, leave at nine.
Before you leave
Eight things you settle from the sofa.
- A 10-day outlook for every saved route. One comfort score per day, with a recommended day and departure time.
- Departure hour by departure hour. A window of 8:00 to 11:00 by default, adjustable, with every hour in it compared side by side.
- The route leg by leg, every 30 minutes. Waves, effective waves, swell, wind, gusts, rain, thunderstorms and temperature.
- Multi-day cruises of up to five days. A recommended start day for the whole trip, not only for the first morning.
- Lunch stops and overnights. Anchoring stops are route points, and the simulation carries them through to whatever comes after.
- Auto-route around the islands. A way through the archipelago, with the shallowest depth along the track.
- Warnings before you cross them. Submarine cables, pipelines and restricted areas near your track.
- Print or save your cruise plan. The route, the timings and the conditions on one page you can take with you.
